Podcast Production Bookings

More Than 72 Hours Before Recording

Clients may request one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.

Within 72 Hours Of Recording

The booking amount remains non-refundable.

Within 24 Hours Of Recording

The booking amount may be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to attend the scheduled recording session without prior notice, the booking shall be considered cancelled and no refund shall be provided.

Communication Delays

Guests are expected to respond to communication requests in a timely manner. These requests may include:

• Podcast Topic Confirmation
• Thumbnail Approval
• Content Review
• Publishing Coordination
• Information Requests

Failure to respond may delay content delivery and publishing schedules. Shubook Labs shall not be responsible for delays caused by lack of communication from the guest.

Podcast Publishing Rights

By participating in a podcast recording session, the guest grants Shubook Labs permission to record, edit, distribute, publish, promote, and market the podcast content.

Editorial Rights

Shubook Labs reserves the right to:

• Publish Content
• Delay Publishing
• Reschedule Publishing
• Edit Content
• Decline Publishing

if required due to operational, legal, editorial, business, or brand considerations.

Complimentary Distribution

Distribution is provided as a complimentary service. Since no separate fee is charged for distribution, publishing decisions remain solely at the discretion of Shubook Labs.

No Guarantee

Shubook Labs does not guarantee:

• Views
• Reach
• Followers
• Leads
• Sales
• Engagement
• Revenue

Results depend on audience interest, content quality, platform algorithms, market demand, and various external factors.

Media Release

The guest grants Shubook Labs permission to use podcast footage, photographs, BTS content, promotional clips, thumbnails, and related materials for marketing, portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
