By booking a podcast, renting our studio, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

Services Offered

Shubook Labs provides:

• Podcast Production Services
• Podcast Studio Rental
• Podcast Editing
• Content Creation Services
• Personal Branding Services

Booking Confirmation

All bookings require a booking amount (token amount) to confirm the slot. Without advance payment, a booking is not considered confirmed.

Final Payment

For podcast production services, the remaining payment must be completed on the recording day immediately after the podcast session. Editing, content delivery, and publishing processes will begin only after full payment has been received.

Studio Usage

Clients are expected to use the studio and equipment responsibly. Any intentional damage to studio equipment, furniture, or property may result in additional charges.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring the information shared during the podcast is accurate and lawful. Shubook Labs is not responsible for statements made by guests during recording sessions.

Changes To Services

Shubook Labs reserves the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or update services at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
