Refund Policy

At Shubook Labs, studio time, equipment, production resources, and team members are reserved specifically for each booking.

Booking Amount

The booking amount paid to reserve a slot is non-refundable.

Podcast Production Services

Once a podcast recording session has been completed, all payments become non-refundable. This includes:

• Booking Amount
• Production Charges
• Editing Charges
• Content Creation Charges

The client acknowledges that the payment is made for podcast production services, studio usage, equipment usage, production support, editing, and content creation.

Distribution Is Complimentary

Distribution on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, and other platforms is provided as a complimentary service. The payment made by the client is only for production services. No amount is charged specifically for distribution.

Therefore, requests for refunds based on publishing schedules, platform decisions, content performance, views, reach, engagement, or distribution outcomes will not be accepted.

Approved Refunds

If Shubook Labs is unable to provide the agreed recording service due to operational issues from our side, a refund or rescheduling option may be offered at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
